Start with the conversion you want, then work backward. The audience, offer and buying decision determine the funnel; software comes later.
1. Define the audience
Identify who the funnel is for, the problem or desired outcome that brings them in, and what they already know when they arrive.
2. Clarify the offer
Define what is sold, why it is relevant, what is included, the price and the key objections. Use the offer creation guide if this is still fuzzy.
3. Pick the funnel type
A webinar, ecommerce product and high-ticket application require different journeys. Compare the main funnel types.
4. Map the minimum useful steps
Draw the shortest credible path from traffic source to conversion. Add steps when they educate, qualify or reduce friction.
5. Build and connect the experience
Create the landing, sales, checkout, confirmation and follow-up components you actually need. Then test every handoff.
6. Measure and improve
Track whether qualified visitors progress through the sequence, where they stop and whether the economics work.
